Coaches are the key component for allowing SWAY MTB Club to provide mountain bike opportunities for our youth riders. As a cycling coach, you have the opportunity to be a positive influence on the lives of our riders. You do not need to be an expert mountain biker to become a coach with SWAY MTB Club. In fact, we consider your ability to connect well with kids to be a more important trait in a good coach.
Unlike most youth sporting teams, parents who want to help out and ride with our team are welcome to register as one of our many coaches. For the safety and security of our riders, parents are not allowed to ride with our team without completing coaching requirements.
